How to Perform Laya Yoga

The word laya refers to suspension from the ordinary word. Laya yoga fixe your attention and energy. Practice it for 40-120 days. This will gain you liberation…

1) First you sit in easy pose in a focused at the third eye point. Your left hand is in resting on the left knee.  Then block the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand as the other fingers point straight up and your palm faces towards the left. then breathe long and deep and completely through the left nostril for 2-3 minutes. Then you breathe and feel each part of the body.  Survey the body from the top of the head to the tip of the toes. Now switch hands and nostril. Do the same breath to the right nostril also for 2-3 minutes. Then inhale deeply, hold briefly and relax…….

2) Now i tell you other one laya yoga. Place the hands together in prayer mudra at the middle of the chest. Now press the middle joint of the thumbs into the center of the sternum between 5th and 6th ribs. Apply 5-10 pounds of pressure. Then you concentrate at the brow point. And breathe long and deep for 2 minutes…..

3) Still sitting in easy pose, immediately raise the arms up to 60 degree over the head. The palms face toward each other with the wrists straight.  Now breathe long and deeply for 3 minutes. Inhale and hold….

4) still sitting in easy pose, and apply root lock and neck lock. Place both hands on the knees with the elbows straight. And close the eyes to the 1/10th open.

Time: Continue 11-31 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply and hold the breath as long as you comfortably can. and then relax. And stay in easy way when you want.
